We ship orders Monday through Wednesday so deliveries can reach your residence as soon as possible and prior to the weekend. If you are ordering within the Vermont area we are additionally able to ship on Thursdays.
Customers within the green states are able to receive free Fedex Ground 1-2 day shipping. Customers within the gray states require a $30 shipping fee for Fedex Air 2 day shipping. We strategically ship our beef to our customers so it is received frozen and fresh!
Once the order is placed, we typically ship out the next day! However, if your order is placed on a Thursday, Friday, or over the weekend, we will wait until the following Monday to ship your order to ensure freshness!

We ship our beef frozen, packed in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure that your order arrives as fresh and safely as possible! Please DO NOT touch the dry ice with bare hands! Please follow the instruction card within your package on how to dispose of our environmentally friendly 100% biodegradable box and insulation.
No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package. Your order will be packed with dry ice to stay frozen. You should plan to unpack it and put it in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible.
You can refreeze cuts that have not completely thawed, however, it is best not to refreeze pieces that have completely thawed. Thawed products can be kept in the fridge for up to 12 days in our vacuum sealed packaging.
